The University of Queensland and James Cook University both have community user groups to provide support to those using R, a programming language for statistical analysis, data visualisation and more.

UQRUG

The UQ R Users Group (UQRUG) meets on the last Wednesday of each month from 12pm–2pm (AEST). The meetings are currently being held online.

Check the UQRUG webpage for more information, or UQRUG’s Github page.

Check UQRUG on Twitter for updates.

UQRUG is a monthly skill-sharing and collaborative problem-solving session for the UQ R user community. All skill levels welcome, whether you use RStudio, RKWard, Rcmdr, Jamovi or something else.

The UQRUG team is currently experimenting with a chatroom for questions. People can login in with their UQ credentials and the UQRUG team will try to answer your questions about R.

UQ Library and the R-Ladies Brisbane Chapter are supporting UQRUG.
