Job alert: Skills Development Consultant

QCIF is seeking a Skills Development Consultant to deliver impactful training and consultation, supporting the National Research Infrastructure (NRI) community across higher education, industry, and community groups.

This role requires familiarity with digital research infrastructure capabilities and an understanding of emerging skill demands, such as applying AI/ML techniques to research datasets. It also calls for advanced teaching abilities, including designing and evaluating course content, establishing learning objectives and assessments, utilising effective teaching practices, and demonstrating exceptional communication and consultation skills.

The Skills Development Consultant will collaborate closely with the Executive Manager of Skills Development, the Skills Development Coordinator, training partners, and a team of eResearch instructors to deliver QCIF’s training programs successfully and promote its curriculum to both national and international audiences.
