Lanxi Li (Daisy) has a new role as a Software Developer in QCIF, focusing on maintaining and developing data ingress and egress processes for the KeyPoint Secure Vault.
Before joining QCIF, Daisy undertook a MPhil in the School of Computer Science at QUT, applying different machine learning and spectral indices in satellite imagery for 2022 eastern Australian floods. Throughout her studies, Daisy has been an active member of the Centre of Data Science (CDS) at QUT and worked as a tutor for Python, C#, cyber security units. After finishing her studies, Daisy published a Q1 journal, and gave oral and poster presentations at four national and international conferences. She presented at the CDS end-of-year Symposium as well.
Prior to her MPhil degree, she finished Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Science at QUT and has been admitted to the Dean's List of Students with Excellent Academic Performance.
