A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and credentialed governance professional (FGIA, GACID), Mel has spent over 25 years partnering with Boards and Senior Teams to drive operational excellence while maintaining rigorous stewardship of mission and resources.

Mel's career is marked by her passion for transformational change and impact: guiding organisations through structural redesigns, building frameworks for governance, risk and compliance, and championing governance approaches centred on capability, diversity and accountability.

When she's not at work, Mel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her rescue greyhound Rocky, and always looks forward to the annual family ski trip to Canada.
