Joy came to QCIF in 2017, after a career spanning more than thirty years in finance and leadership roles in various industries such as medical, arts, and startups.

Past professional history saw Joy specialising in consulting for (saving troubled businesses), which she would achieve with a grounded, bottom-up approach, leading to improved financial outcomes.

Joy manages clear and thorough reporting for the QCIF Board, reporting, audits, and finance.

Joy’s ideal time to unwind is a ride through the state forest on her motorbike, followed by a glass of wine at sunset while listening to country tunes.
