Craig joined QCIF in 2020 as QUT's eResearch Analytics Officer. Craig has a long history of providing IT support to staff and students. Craig is providing support to researchers by helping with their technology challenges by one-on-one support, training workshops and infrastructure builds.

Craig obtained an Engineering Degree many many years go and since then has been on a continuous learning journey.
