Ade joined QCIF in 2021 as an eResearch Analyst at the University of Southern Queensland. In 2023, he was the pioneer digital research analyst at Southern Cross University. Prior to this time, he worked as a lecturer and researcher in the Faculty of Business, Education, Law and Arts and the Centre for Applied Climate Sciences, at the University of Southern Queensland. His corporate experience includes working as an analyst in the Non-retail Credit Model Development and the Retail Network Assurance teams at National Australia Bank.

Ade's PhD was focused on the viability of weather-index insurance in managing climate risk among Australian farmers and provided guidance on the application of the insurance in agriculture to the World Meteorological Organization. Prior to his PhD, he completed an MBA in finance, a postgraduate diploma in statistics as well as bachelor's and master's degrees in education mathematics.

Ade finds Statistical analysis with R, SPSS and Stata fun. Python is next on his list of analytical tools because of its robustness for machine learning.

Playing lawn tennis and guitar helps him unwind and relax.
