This workshop will give you a short hands-on introduction to machine learning for imaging. In the first part of the workshop we will give a brief introduction to the ideas of machine learning as they apply to image classification and segmentation. In the second part, you will learn about the Trainable WEKA framework available in ImageJ/Fiji, and will work your way through a series of hands on exercises on creating and applying classifiers for segmentation.
