QCIF recently launched its 2017 customer survey, providing users with the opportunity to give feedback.
The feedback will help improve existing services and to inform the introduction of new services to meet researcher, research community, and member needs.
This year’s survey has been sent to more than 1,400 users of QCIF’s services — doubling the outreach of last year’s survey.
This is the third annual survey that QCIF has run. The comments have been invaluable with many suggestions that have driven service improvements. During previous surveys users mentioned some services needed simplification, others needed additional features and QRIScloud needed new services. In response, QCIF has developed and deployed such tools as Nextcloud, Mediaflux, and Aspera, and a range of applications within Murano.
We look forward to receiving your feedback from this year's survey and further improving our services and service quality as a result.

Research into climate change looks at questions of how the climate is changing and how this change will affect the environment. Climate change adaptation looks at how we can respond to these changes – how we can reduce the impacts of stresses on human and natural systems including our cities and regions, our agriculture and aquaculture, and the biodiversity of our environment, and how we can harness any beneficial opportunities. In other words, what should we do to prepare and adapt?
