Software Carpentry with R at USQ

Software Carpentry's mission is to help researchers get more done in less time and with less pain by teaching them basic lab skills for research computing.

This hands-on R workshop will cover basic concepts and tools, including program design, version control, data management, and task automation. Participants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems.

Who: The course is aimed at research staff and students. You don't need to have any previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop.

Time: 9am–5pm.
