QFAB workshops on Galaxy, Python, R and surveys

July–September 2017, Brisbane

QFAB Bioinformatics will host workshops on Galaxy, Python, R and surveys during this year's third quarter. The workshops, all at UQ St Lucia, are as follows:

  • Introduction to R (17 July)
  • Hypothesis testing using R (18 July)
  • Exploring and predicting using linear regression in R (19 July)
  • Design and analysis of surveys (20 July)
  • Genome assembly using Galaxy (2–3 August)
  • Data preparation, processing and reporting using R (9 August)
  • Introduction to R (6 September)
  • RNA-Seq analysis using Galaxy (13–14 September)
  • Introduction to Python for researchers (27–28 September).
