Yohei Sawai and Junya Seo worked on the development of a BioScience Portal for PRAGMA. The single-sign-on BioScience portal was constructed by integrating some middleware portlets (JSR 168) such as GAMA (UCSD), CSF4 (Jilin University), GridPortlets (GridSphere group) and several application portlets such as NAMD provided by various research groups of PRAGMA. This portal is configured to utilize the PRAGMA testbed resources at the backend. This project is an excellent example of 'PRAGMA's way' of reusing the software and hardware resources within the community. [more]
