The workshop program will be presented by:
Jason Bell
Jason is the main developer and tester
of the AG global Quality Assurance program and runs a weekly AG
test session for the Asia Pacific region. He has also developed
numerous guides, including Linux installation, AG improvements and
other miscellaneous documents. Jason has contributed code to AG Toolkit
itself. At this year's AG Retreat, Jason was awarded a "best
presentation" prize for his presentation about his quality assurance
program for the AG community. His presentations at this workshop are
based on his participation in the "hands on" sessions at the last two
AG Retreats.
Doug Kosovic
Doug packages the various Fedora (and
related) RPMs for the Access Grid Toolkit. He has made significant
contributions to the AG Toolkit, vic
& rat at both the ANL
Access Grid code repository and the UCL Sumover code repository.
Chris Willing
Chris built the first AG node in
Australia in 2000 and since then has packaged the AG Toolkit for a
number of systems, currently Debian, FreeBSD, Slackware & Ubuntu.
He also runs both the AG2 and AG3 Asia Pacific region venue servers.
Chris has made presentations at numerous AG Retreats over the years and
this year was awarded a "best presentation" prize for his presentation
about development of an enhanced, DV/HDV capable, version of vic for the Access Grid.
