QCIF Ltd is an incorporated body (ACN 094639406) established in October 2000 (previously known as QPSF Ltd), consisting of six of the Queensland public universities:

- Griffith University - GU
- James Cook University - JCU
- Queensland University of Technology - QUT
- The University of Queensland - UQ
- The University of Southern Queensland - USQ
A Board of Directors govern QCIF, with membership consisting of representatives from the six founding members, a Director representing the Queensland State Government, and an independent Chair.
