QCIF Merit Allocation Scheme
The Queensland Cyber Infrastructure Foundation is a consortium of Queensland universities formed with the objective to increase the state's innovative capacity through deployment and exploitation of advanced computing and communications infrastructure.
The QCIF Merit Allocation Scheme (Q-MAS) is modelled on the APAC National Facility Merit Allocation Scheme (MAS) and has been established to allow researchers access to the QCIF HPC facilities based on merit. A substantial proportion of the QCIF HPC computational resources are available for distribution under this Scheme by the QCIF CEO Advisory Committee.
Who May Apply
Subject to the conditions of use, any staff member of a QCIF member or partner institution may apply to the Merit Allocation Scheme. Students should apply through their supervisors. Successful applicants and their project team members are eligible to use the allocations awarded by the QCIF CEO Advisory Committee.
