QCIF Ltd is an incorporated body (ACN 094639406) established in October 2000 (previously known as QPSF Ltd), consisting of six of the Queensland public universities:

• Central Queensland University - CQU
• Griffith University - GU
• James Cook University - JCU
• Queensland University of Technology - QUT
• The University of Queensland - UQ
• The University of Southern Queensland - USQ
• Associate Member - University of the Sunshine Coast - USC

A Board of Directors governs QCIF, with membership consisting of representatives from the six founding member universities and an independent Chair.
